How should I print the target?

Choose Actual size or 100%, never Fit to page. Black and white is fine. Then measure the 2-inch bar at the bottom with a ruler and enter it in the app (Print target › Scale check), once per printer. Downloads: US Letter, A4.

It says it can't find the corner squares.

Get the whole sheet in frame with all four black corner squares visible. Three is enough if a hand or clip covers one. Lay the paper flat; a curl or fold can throw the corners off.

It's missing holes.

Put something dark behind the paper before you photograph it: holes show whatever is behind them, and a white backer makes them nearly invisible. Then switch to Add holes and tap any it still missed.

What do the orange and dashed marks mean?

Orange marks are holes that touch. Tap one and say how many shots went through that spot. Dashed marks are probably one hole but could be two; tap to choose. Tighter never guesses a count for you.

My range uses its own targets.

When a scan can't find the corner squares, choose Mark it by hand: tap where you aimed, tap two points a known distance apart, then tap each hole. Hand-marked targets are scored but not compared with others.

Why does it say too early to tell, or on hold?

The trend needs six complete targets at the same distance and shot count. If your latest target has shots that aren't confirmed, the trend waits until it's fixed or a complete one follows.

How do I restore or cancel Pro?

Restore is in Settings inside the app and on the Pro screen. Cancel in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a target from its detail screen, delete a person in Settings, or delete the app to remove everything. Nothing is stored anywhere else.

Still stuck?

Email admin@loriccoandco.com. A photo of the target helps.
