Terms of Use

Last updated October 1, 2026

Tighter is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few things specific to Tighter. If they conflict, Apple's agreement controls.

What Tighter is, and isn't

Tighter measures holes in paper. It doesn't teach shooting or firearm handling, it doesn't diagnose technique, and nothing in it is a certification, a qualification or a statement that anyone is ready or competent to use a firearm. Scores, groups, rungs and trends describe a piece of paper, not a person.

Safety is yours

Use Tighter after shooting, at the bench, when it's safe to handle your phone, and follow your range's rules and the laws where you are. Never handle a firearm to make a scan, a card or a video.

Accuracy

Measurements depend on the photo, the paper and how the target was printed. Tighter shows you every hole it found so you can correct it, but it can still be wrong. Don't rely on it for anything where an error matters, including competition scoring.

The printable target

You can print the Tighter target as often as you like, share the PDF, and give printed copies away, including at a range. Please don't sell it or change it and present it as the Tighter target.

Tighter Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple. Price and period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

What you share

Cards and anything else you share are yours, and you're responsible for where you post them. Only share a Together card the other person has agreed to.
